Nowadays each of us has a stressful life. I think the main reason of stress is our society organisation, and particularly our work organisation. Thirty years ago, in our work we were told to reach a new goal : no stock, no delay. That was in order to optimize the societies'profits. Then once these goals, no stock and no delay were realised, we were taught that human beings were too numerous, too expensive; in order of increase profits, societies started to cut the number of their employees.
All of these issues have initiated more and more stress in our everyday lives. Are human beings able to cope with increasing harmful societies'organisation ? I'm not sure. There is a level of stress that is acceptable. I'm afraid that in most countries we are now above this acceptable level. Consequently the violence increase in a numerous fields : violence at school, violence against minorities, violence inside families and so on...
So is the S.T.R.E.S.S. method of the speaker good enough ? I doubt this method will be sufficient in the future.

I relieve and reduce stress listening to some music.
The easiest way is to do something that requires my attention.
It depends on the decision of the person.

I'm very cheerful and satisfied with my life. I like it !   =)   Today we talk very much about stress. In my opinion, sometimes we think too much about some things that don't play important rule in our life. We are bombarded with many stupid informations and we can't tell useful things from unuseful.
I think that stress theory is very helpful. Sometimes when I have some small problems, first I relax and start singing. After that, I fell very good and I can carry on with resolving problem.

Yes I  have a stresful life. But I usually try to S-T-R-E-S-S
enough sleeping, good sheduling , Relax times wtih some hobbies , like that...

Nowadays my life is not so stressful like a some years ago, because i'm working at home. Although my work
decrease, i stoped to do excercise and i'm sleeping less. I need to back to the academy ugent. I liked
a lot the theory about STRESS end, in my oppinion, this things will help many people to improve the life
