Finally it's working.

Good day to LearnEnglish Team! I don't know what is wrong, but the audio record doesn't work.

Great examination

Hi sir
Could you please explain about the policy of your web and app in the podcast and listening skill?cause in podcast app the voice and transcript play at the same time but in web the transcript is hidden.
As I know the policy of your web page is more common and better than your app in learning English

Hello Behruz

I'm sorry you're not happy about this. Have I understood you correctly -- would you prefer not to see the transcript as you listen in the app? If so, could you please leave a comment on our Apps page? That is where we keep track of suggestions and complaints and it would be really useful to have this there. Once your comment is there, I can ask our Apps developers about whether there is a way to change this feature of the app.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best wishes

thank you so mu ch i got it .

Hello I want to know why I can't download
I am using mobile and computer also
but I can't download the audio from both.

Hello Abdul Rahman

Have you tried right-clicking on the audio player with your computer? When I do that, one of the options I have is 'Save link as', which lets me save the mp3 to my computer. I believe the same thing should happen on your mobile if you hold your finger on top of the player for a few seconds.

You could also try following this link (which I got by right-clicking on the audio player) and then seeing if you can save it from there -- on a Windows computer, for example, if you press Ctrl+S, it should save to your computer.

Hope this helps you.

How can I download Mp3 or audio for listening test preparation ?

Hello Abdul Rahman

If you're using a computer, you should be able to download the audio by right-clicking on the audio player and then selecting 'Save as'. I just tried it and it worked for me. If you're on a tablet or phone, it should also be possible -- try holding your finger down on the player and see if you get an option to save the file.

Best wishes
