I would attend creative thinking by Mariana Silivia
As this is very innovative step and my team will learn new ways of improving the quality of the working of my company and results will be far reaching.

Hi everyone
About question 3 of Task 1,I think it should be true;:" Akira Yoshida will focus on the problems with change "
and at the table mentions in "deal" with ..
deal doesn't mean solve problems?

Hello Mehdi.e,

'Deal with' has a general meaning. It can mean to address problems, but it can also mean to take action to achieve something:

https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/deal-with-sth

The second part of the description of the talk is important, I think, and tells us that Akira Yoshida will focus on the positive aspects of change rather than the problems with it.

There many interesting conferences but I would join conflict management. Where people work together there will always be conflicts, sooner or later. So it's nothing better to learn how managing conflict right and get development at the same time.
